Ocala - Pamela G. Lewis, 47, of Ocala, FL passed away April 2, 2010 and will be dearly missed by all who loved her. She was born and raised in Ocala, FL, attended Forest High School and later worked in the dental field. She is survived by her parents J.D. And Verna Lewis, brothers David and Al Lewis and children Crafton and Kristy Bryant. A viewing and memorial service will be held at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens Chapel 5050 Southwest 20th Street, Ocala, FL 34474. The viewing will commence at 10:00am followed by the service at 11:00am. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to either The Hubbard House of Jacksonville at PO Box 4909 Jacksonville, FL 32201 or Children's Miracle Network at 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101 in lieu of flowers.
