Cause of death, CVA, generalized arteriosclerosis, bronchopneumonia. Death certificate, state of Florida, info obtained from Tilman Peters.
Additional notes from Thelma Harris: Forced to leave home as a teenager. He famred with the Howells (Doll Howell) around Hartford and Dothan, Alabama,. Moved to Pensacola, Florida in about 1942 from Graceville-Bonifay Florida area and lived on Butcher Pen Road. Grave is in Myrtle Grove Cemetery. Go down 58th, turn left at Margaretta Blvd, walk in 1st set of driveway gates about midway in cemetery on the left. There is a huge oak tree. The 2nd plot before the oak is the Peters. There is a centerpiece of marble with "Peters" on it and attached are the individual stones. The centerpiece states "gone, but not forgotten." Ceramic picture tiles on toombstones of Franklin and Mary.
